There could be many reasons why you are looking at this website today, coming to therapy can feel overwhelming. You may feel like you’re stuck in repetitive cycles of unwanted thoughts and feelings or your getting trapped in the same arguments with your partner. You may be struggling to cope with things because of a specific event or you have a general feeling anxiety, low mood or low self-confidence.
About Me
I have 15 years experience of working in mental health I aim to support you to unlock your potential through becoming more self-aware. I provide a safe, respectful and supportive space for you to identify your specific needs, explore issues and work through your difficulties. My areas of interest are, but are not limited to, low self-esteem, anxiety, PTSD, relationships and issues around race / culture.
I feel passionate about supporting both individuals and couples to understand themselves and the unique journey they have been on. I have found that CBT is a great tool to help you understand how unhelpful cycles arose, and how to break them.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of providing therapy to clients of various backgrounds, embracing the richness of diversity. I see myself as a therapist of colour and am interested in supporting individuals and couples who may want to explore issues surrounding race, culture and identity.
My practice is inclusive and respectful, and I am committed to providing individualised sensitive care that meets the needs of each unique narrative, regardless of their background, age, gender, religion and sexuality.
